Unable to march? Join demo HQ

The movement for free and non marketised education is nothing if it is not inclusive and does not include a diversity of tactics. For all the thousands of students on the streets, there are thousands more who believe in scraping fees and living grants for all. Whether you’re worried about your visa, looking after a child or your health means you can’t march, we want you to be involved too.

On November 15 in parallel to the national demonstration we would like to call out for people to take part in Demonstration HQ, working on social media, communications, awareness raising, outreach and supporting the demonstration throughout the day. Whether your skill is chatting to people about free education or you live on Twitter, and you don’t want to miss out on the buzz of central London on demo day then come and join us!

If you can’t make it to London, then you can still take action from your room or from your campus! We want to collect solidarity pictures from everywhere from the Isle of Wight to the Shetland Isles, via Aberdeen! You could even run stalls and raise awareness of free education on your own campus, or run a communications blockade to your Vice Chancellor to lobby them.
